Membership with the Bibliothèque de Beaumont Library is open to all residents of the City of Beaumont and Leduc County.

Membership Types

Adult (ages 16+).  Bring one piece of official picture ID and a proof of address.

Juvenile (ages 8 - 15).  Parent/Guardian must complete the Registration Form.

Institutional (e.g. daycare providers).  The director of the institution must provide one piece of picture ID, proof of company address, and the names of any employees who will be using the card.  

The Library does not provide cards to children under the age of 8 as they need to be accompanied by their parent or guardian to the Library who, in turn, can borrow materials for them.

Important Information

You must present the Bibliothèque de Beaumont Library Card for service at the Circulation Desk.

Please have your barcode number ready when requesting services over the phone.

Due to system requirements, when picking up holds, the card presented at the desk must be for the account that placed the hold.

If you lose your card, call the library immediately at 780-929-2665.
