Alberta Culture Days Story Trails Digital Storytelling Workshop Series
Digital storytelling is a creative way to tell a first-person story. In a group setting, facilitators will assist as you write and record a story from your experience and collect images & music to turn it into a 3-to-5-minute video for Alberta Culture Days. No previous technical experience is required as anyone with basic computer skills can learn this process. Register for this free and fun series of workshops and tell your story.
Attendance in the following workshops is necessary to be able to complete your story project.
Tuesday, Sept 5, 6-8 pm; Thursday, Sept 7, 6-8 pm; Sunday, Sept 10, 11 am-4 pm; Sunday, Sept 17, 11 am-4 pm and the community screening on Saturday, Sept 23, 12:30-1:30 pm.
Facilitated by founders of Weasel Tale, an Edmonton-based company. Sponsored by Alberta Culture, the Beaumont Society for the Arts and the Beaumont Library.
